WL 2003
I know what you're thinking: the temperature has dropped 5 degrees,
there's football on every night of the week, and politicians have been begging for
votes, so it must be Winter League registration time! We're looking to start
registration on Friday, October 11, and you'll have until Thursday,
November 14th to register. We're going to offer an option to pay online using
the Paypal system popularized by eBay, or you can send in a check like
always.
Finally, we're not planning on a supplemental draft this year, so if
you do want to play WL, you need to sign up the first time around!
Of course, with winter league, we need captains. If you're interested

SPLIT DECISION PHILOSOPHY
This year Dallas Winter League will attempt to have two divisions. The goal
of splitting into divisions is to provide a more enjoyable experience for
the wide range of players that participate and to provide a more enjoyable
entry point to ultimate for new players. At one extreme are the club players
who play WL in the manner of a highly competitive sports league, and at the
other extreme are new players who would benefit from a league that has more
emphasis on teaching the game.
